The ingredients needed to make Lamb Curry:

  1. Take 2 kg of leg chops cut in pieces.
  2. You need 50 ml of soya sauce.
  3. Use 2 of onions chopped.
  4. Take 2 of garlic cloves.
  5. Prepare 5 ml of ginger.
  6. Take 1/2 of green pepper.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
  8. Use 3 tbs of curry powder.
  9. You need 1 ml of cayenne pepper.
  10. Prepare 3 tl of Turmeric.
  11. Get 350 ml of chicken stock.
  12. Provide 1 tin of tomatoes, whole.
  13. Provide 1 tl of mixed herbs.

  1. Fry meat till brown. Add soya sauce and stir..
